Mr. Phillip Cook age 93 of Sand Rock passed away Friday February 4th at his residence.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Tuesday February 8th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Hosey officiating, burial will follow in Sand Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Daniel Cook, Scott Prater and Mike Davis.

Survivors include grandson, Daniel Cook.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Biddie Cook; sons, Daryl and Gary Cook.

Mr. Cook was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late William Cook and a member of Sand Rock Baptist Church.
