John Camp, age 58 of Leesburg – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Jeffery Watson, age 27 of Piedmont – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Kaleb Stevens, age 25 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft of Property 1st Degree in addition to a Probation Revocation;

Johnny Wells, age 60 of Ft Payne – Bondsman off Bond;

Tony Heath, age 42 of Piedmont – Probation Revocations;

and Justin Adams, age 18 of Attalla and Jade Pruitt, age i8 of Glencoe – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
