Johnny Cook, age 59 of Cedar Bluff and Tonya Hensley, age 49 of Gaylesville – Possession of Dangerous Drugs (two counts), Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband;

Patrick Knight, age 44 of Stevenson and Brandon Connell, 29 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Christie Mitchell, age 46 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on previous charges of Speeding (two counts), Failure to Signal, Running a Stop Sign, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road, Seatbelt Violation, Driving while License Cancelled, Driving while License Suspended and Reckless Driving.

and Darrius Williams, age 27 of Centre – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
