According to reports – an 18 year old male fell off the back of a car in Cedar Bluff late Sunday morning. That fall resulted in the victim receiving a head injury, although no additional information was immediately available.
Both Cedar Bluff Police and Floyd EMS Responded to the scene around 11:45am.
