Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Caleb White, age 18 of Mentone – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree

and

Shelly Smith, age 51 of Gadsden – Enter/Remain in/on a Premises and Resisting Arrest.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 76 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
