Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a one-vehicle accident around 5:50 Tuesday morning at 3551 Alabama Highway 35 just north of Gaylesville. Members of the Gaylesville Fire Department arrived to find a 2012 Chevrolet resting in a ditch by the roadside.
Reportedly, the driver – listed on Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident reports as a male resident of Ft Payne, was only shaken up in that mishap and did not require medical attention.
