The Rainsville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individual known as Tammy Lynn Walters. Ms. Walters is a 48 year old white female who suffers from a condition that may impair her judgement.
She was last seen around 5:00pm Tuesday (September 21st), in the area of Kirk Road in Rainsville – and at that time, she was driving a white, 2011 Kia Optima with the tag # 28GV235.
