Two people were killed and two were wounded Saturday after a gunman opened fire inside a store at Roebuck Plaza in Birmingham.

Law enforcement responded to the Superior for Men location just after 4:00pm and a total of three individuals were taken into custody, following a brief vehicle chase that ended with the car crashing; the search continues for a fourth suspect.

Two people were transported from the scene to area hospitals for treatment – and no information regarding the condition of either party has yet been released.

The names of the two victims fatally wounded have not yet been released.

Details still remain sketchy; however, it appears that the shooting started following a heated argument inside the men’s clothing store.
