Daniel Joseph Hebert, age 29 of Piedmont – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Harassment, Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Criminal Mischief, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest;

Gavin Paul Lee, age 28 of Rainbow City – Failure to Appear on prior charges of DUI and Driving with an Expired License;

Paul Alexandre Chadwick, 36 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 1st Degree;

Matthew Melvin Doss, age 39 of Centre – Probation Revocation;

James Wayne Shepherd, age 82 of Gaylesville – Harassment;

and

Zamir Piedrahita, age 29 of Hallendale, Florida – DUI.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
