SRO Sgt. Jordan Kelley will return to Cedar Bluff School for the new school year in a much different, and unusual, patrol car.
He will be driving a Jaguar. According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, this unusual car was not purchased by the Sheriff’s Office, but was awarded by the Court after being seized by investigators working a criminal case.
The car was part of a vehicle theft scheme where the VIN plates were changed on multiple vehicles. Sheriff Shaver said, “we expect that this may be the most exciting patrol vehicle around.”
