Two lanes of the Chesnut Bypass near the Subway in Centre was shutdown for a couple hours on Tuesday due to an overturned 18 wheeler at that location.
The accident occurred just after 4:30, the driver was treated at the scene for what appeared to be minor injuries. The truck was reportedly hauling around 80,000lbs of chicken feed.
Centre Police and Firefighters and Cherokee County EMA Personnel responded to the scene.
