Various emergency personnel – including members of the Ellisville Fire Department and Cherokee County Rescue Squad came to the assistance of a kayaker overnight.
The man reportedly “put in” at around 3:00pm Thursday on Terrapin Creek – and, he unfortunately missed his “take out” point – which led to him needing help from those agencies.
The man was located and brought ashore shortly after midnight, safe and sound.
