Cherokee County Arrest Files:
Christopher Ray Guy, age 40 of Athens, Alabama was charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and one count of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law – currently there are 59 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
