Floyd County, Georgia authorities took a man into custody late last week at a Rome hospital after learning of an active warrant for his arrest in Cherokee County (Alabama).
According to Floyd County Jail reports, 48 year old David Anthony Smith of Cedar Bluff, was detained at the Floyd Medical Center Emergency Room – and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
