The Cherokee County Board of Education held their regular meeting on Tuesday at the Cherokee County Career & Technology Center.

Approved items on the agenda included the minutes from the previous meeting held November 17.

The board also received a review of the October 2020 Accounts Payable Report.

A resolution was adopted for Superintendent Salary and Benefits in addition to a proposed revision to the Enrollment Policy section in the student handbook.

An agreement was approved with Language Line Service, Inc. for phone interpreting services.

Brian Clowdis has been named the new Principal at Spring Garden effective January 1, 2020. Clowdis will fill the position previously held by Mike Welsh who will take over as Superintendent.
