The Cedar Bluff Town Council held a brief meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
The primary purpose of the meeting was to canvas the official results from the Municipal Run-Off Election for the District #3 Council Seat.
That race was between Jack Bond and Barbara (Bobbie) Hicks.
Jack Bond received a total of 47 votes plus 8 absentee votes with Hicks receiving 42 votes.
District #1 candidate Eugene Mann announced by letter that he was dropping out of the Race due to personal reasons.
