***UPDATE| POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED***
POWER OUTAGE| Cherokee Electric says that they are experiencing a power outage currently affecting the areas north of Leesburg to Sand Rock, Collinsville and into Dogtown.
This is outage is at the Sand Rock Substation and is a TVA outage.
At this time there is no estimation as to when power will be restored.
