A Boaz man was killed in a collision involving his motorcycle and a 2002 Nissan Frontier, in DeKalb County on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Alabama State Troopers – the crash occurred at 3:35pm on Alabama Highway 68. The driver of the 2009 Kawasaki motorcycle, identified as Tymon LaDon Young, age 21, was pronounced dead at the scene; meanwhile, the driver of the Nissan, listed on the report as a resident of Dawson, Alabama – was unhurt.
The crash. which occurred around five miles west of Crossville remains under investigation by state troopers.
