Dale Ann Eubanks, formerly of Centre passed away Wednesday May 13th at her
home in Panama City, Fl. 

Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday may 17th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Ricky Pollard and Rev. Eugene Burgess officiating, burial will
follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1
until 3 PM Sunday at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers include Ty Stroud, Chase Eubanks, Gavin Harper, Cory Gann,
Bret
Sanders and Jay Folk. 

Survivors include son, Michael Eubanks of Centre; daughters, D’Ana Stroud
of Centre and Dusty (Ron) Harper of Panama City, Fl.; chosen daughter and
son Kristee and Jay Folk of Centre; grandchildren, Jae (Bret) Sanders,
Chase (Megan) Eubanks, Ty (Brooke) Stroud, Savannah (Cory) Gann and Gavin
Harper; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Marlin Eubanks; her
brother, Randy Graves and grandson, Trei Stroud. 

Mrs. Eubanks was the daughter of the late Dorris and Leona Reed Graves and
a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
