A Chattooga County, Georgia man is currently being held in the Cherokee County Detention Center on Bond Revocation charges after being transferred earlier this week from the Floyd County Jail.
Jerry Michael Luallen, age 27 of a Knollwood Circle address in Summerville was arrested on Avenue A in Rome last Sunday on a Fugitive from Justice charge. Luallen was transferred to Cherokee County Monday afternoon due to his having an active warrant locally.
No bond is listed.
