Alabama State Troopers Respond to Two Cherokee County Accidents

We had a report of a vehicle hitting a deer overnight – that accident took place around 1:20 Sunday morning on County Road 6.  Fortunately, that driver, a resident of Piedmont, wasn’t hurt in the collision.

Alabama State Troopers responded that scene; they also worked a two-vehicle wreck about 12:20pm Saturday in Cherokee County on Alabama Highway 35.

That mishap involved a 2017 Nissan driven by a Gaylesville resident, and a 2010 Kia driven by a resident of Rainsville.  According to that accident report, both parties escaped injury.
