Four people were placed under arrest in Cherokee County Sunday – and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance – Christian Delane Spinks, age 25; Kelly Rena Butler, age 28; and Jerry Alexander Angle, age 25, all of Centre along with Angela Larkin Strickland, age 43 from Ft Payne.
Butler, Angle and Strickland were additionally charged with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Spinks and Butler remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500 each; Angle remains jailed with bond set at $3,000 and Strickland was released after posting bail of $3,000.
