Investigators with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office charged a Cedar Bluff woman with a violation of the Sex Offender Registration Notification Act – on Friday (October 19th) of last week, after she was found to be residing here without notifying the Sheriff’s Office.  50 year old Brenda Jane Netterville had been registered with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office for an offense that occurred in Florida.

She had left Lauderdale County, without making notification to them – moving to Cherokee County.  Netterville will be transported to Lauderdale County, after she makes bond here in Cherokee County, to face a sex offender registration notification act charge there.
