Janet (Jan) Carr of Cedar Bluff passed away on Saturday, September 8th (2018), at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama.
Services will be held Sunday, September 23rd, at the Transfiguration Episcopal Church, 304 Coker Drive in Rome, Georgia at 12:30pm Georgia time/11:30am Alabama time.
Burial will be in the Memorial Garden at the church.
