A northwest Georgia man was hurt in a single vehicle wreck occurring late Sunday morning in Cherokee County.
An Alabama law Enforcement Agency accident report listed the injured party as 71 year old Leroy Barrett of a Rome, Georgia address. Barrett, who was driving a 2004 Honda Motorcycle was hurt in the accident just before 11:30am after losing control of the bike along Highway 35.
No additional information regarding the extent of his injuries was available.
The accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
