Cedar Bluff Police and Firefighters responded to a report of a single vehicle rollover on Alabama Highway 9 North just a few miles from the State line just after 2:00 a.m. Sunday.
The driver of the 2010 Chevy Impala was able to get out on his own only to be placed into the back of a Cedar Bluff Police car after being arrested on the scene for DUI.
23 year old Christopher Trey Mitchell of Marietta, Georgia was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 4:30 a.m.
