Three Georgia residents were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Thursday.
Nicholas Scott Taylor, age 30, Brian Lee Hardy, 40, and Michelle Lee Hurt, 41, all of Acworth – were taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree in addition to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All three were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at around 8:00pm where they remain awaiting setting of bond.
