Mr. Billy Kenneth Lackey, age 71, of Fort Payne passed away Friday, April 27, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Fischer cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8pm on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Bro.
