A 20 year old Kilpatrick man has been arrested on four counts of Rape 2nd Degree. According to DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris on Wednesday, April 11 DeKalb County Investigators responded to a possible rape that was reported by Crossville School.
During the investigation it was determined that Junior Pascual Pedro came in sexual contact with 2 female juveniles in the past 3 months. Pedro has been charged with 4 counts of rape 2nd and is being held in the DeKalb County Detention Center on an $80,000 bond.
Sheriff Harris says “Thanks to the Investigators, Crossville School and DHR for doing a great job on this investigation. This is a sad situation but we are glad that we have a good working relationship with all of the Schools and with DHR, so we are able to solve these cases quickly.”
