Services for MACS Hugh M. Childress, USN Retired will be Saturday, December 02, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
Burial with full military honors will follow at Piedmont Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
