According to information posted on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website, a resident of Cedar Bluff, 19 year old Tyler Gene Dumas, has been indicted by a Grand Jury, on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substance.

A 36 year old Leesburg woman was also arrested on drug charges late Tuesday afternoon.  Laura Farley Harmon was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was booked into jail just after 5:00pm.

Both Dumas and Harmon currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
