A memorial service for Shirley Jean Phillips Warmack, age 78 of Munford, will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at 2:00pm at Thompson Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 until time of service.
