Thursday evening (October 5th) Probate Judge/Commission Chairman J. Kirk Day suffered a heart attack at his residence. Judge Day was taken to Cherokee Medical Center and then transported by ambulance to Redmond Regional Medical Center. At this time Judge Day’s condition is stable and sedated. Please keep Judge Day and his family in your prayers.
