According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a Cherokee County man was arrested Monday, and charged with Electronic Solicitation of a Child.
Sheriff’s Office Investigator Michael Green arrested Cedar Bluff resident 50 year old Clifford Michael Fitts, as a suspect in electronically soliciting a child from Etowah County.
Fitts was taken into custody and booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center where he currently remains awaiting a bond hearing.
