DeKalb County authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose body was found in a field off County Road 592 in Henagar early Sunday afternoon. Deputy DeKalb County Coroner Bruce Wilson said that the landowner was bush hogging the field around 1:00pm when he discovered the body.
The body has been sent to Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences in Huntsville, where an autopsy will be conducted later this week.
