A Collinsville man remains in the Etowah County Detention Center following his arrest on a charge of Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes and on one count of Indecent Exposure.
Charles Eugene Underwood, age 46, stands accused of exposing himself to a 13 year old girl and attempting to entice her into a vehicle for immoral purposes.
The incident allegedly took place in the Tabor community.
Underwood is being held on a cash bond of $10,000.
