Mr. James Wendell Harper, age 76, of Grove Oak passed away Monday, July 31, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from the Kelly’s Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Daniel Lawson will be officiating. The Family will receive friends from 1-8pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
