Two Rainbow City men have been arrested in connection to a burglary, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Kevin Glenn Works, 36, and Jason Leon Schmale, 38, both of Rainbow City, were arrested and each charged with one count of third degree burglary and one count of second degree theft of property, both are felonies,” investigator Stephen McGlathery said.
The duo allegedly burglarized a residence located on Cottonwood Circle, Gadsden, sometime between July 2nd and July 3rd. They stole miscellaneous tools that are valued at more than $850. All of the property was recovered by the Rainbow City Police Department. Rainbow City Detective Camp Yancey was involved with the investigation. Works is also being held on warrants for Rainbow City.
