Mr. Elbert Dale Engledow, age 69, of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, May 21st at his residence.
Funeral service will be 6 P.M. Tuesday May 23rd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Darrell Morgan officiating; burial will follow in Sand Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M.
Pallbearers include Jimmy Ford, James Dorsett, Robby Engledow, Bobby Grimes, Rod Rodriguez, and Curtis Williams.
Survivors include his wife Janet Bowman Engledow; daughter, Andreanna (Shane) Davis of Leesburg; brothers, Jerry Engledow of Nocona, TX., Ervin (Jimmie) Engledow of Levelland, TX.; sisters, Lanell (Rod) Rodriguez of Eunice,LA., Joyce Williams of Ponder, TX.; grandchildren, Zia Jenna Grace Clifton of Leesburg and Zac Clifton of Montevallo; step-daughter, Lindsey Davis; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Engledow was a native of Texas, the son of the late Lewis and Ruth Moseley Engledow, was a maintenance supervisor at Chi-Vit / Pemco Corp. in Leesburg and was a member of Sand Rock United Methodist Church.
Donations may be made to Alacare Hospice or the family will accept flowers.
