The 5th Annual May Community Celebration Honoring Veterans & Military Personnel takes place Saturday (May 27th) at the Hopewell Community Center located on County Road 16 in the McCord’s Crossroads Community. 

The parade starts at 9:30 that morning (line up at 9:00 at McCord’s Crossroads Fire Department #2, 1150 County Road 157 in Centre), followed by a “Meet & Greet” with local veterans.  The official program begins at 10:00 and will feature live music, a BBQ plate lunch, a classic car show, antique tractor show, arts & crafts and much, much more.  Veterans and military personnel eat FREE.  Lunch will be served starting at 11:00am.  Plates will be $6.00 each including drink and desert.

Everyone is invited to attend this FREE, old-fashioned, family-friendly community event.
