An Etowah County man managed to rack up a laundry list of charges in Cherokee County on Tuesday.
Barry Leon James, age 34 of Glencoe, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, the Possession of a Pistol by a Felon, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing/Attempting to Elude, Non-Support, Operating Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, Reckless Driving, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Highway, Improper Passing, Following too Closely, Improper Lane Usage and Driving While Suspended.
James was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center shortly after 4:30pm, where he remains awaiting a bond hearing.
