Hemera/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — The Dow Jones Industrial Average hit a major milestone Wednesday morning, opening above 20,000 for the first time.
Investors pushed stocks higher following strong earnings reports and President Donald Trump’s vow to cut regulations for businesses.
The Dow has been flirting with the 20,000 mark for weeks.
The stock market has seen a huge rally since Trump’s election.
