Mr. Dennis Ray Twilley, age 67 of Fort Payne, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016. Funeral services are set for 1pm Sunday, December 4, 2016 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Black Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
