Mr. James O. “ Joe “ Scott Jr. age 74 of Fort Payne, AL . Passed away at his residence Sept. 30, 2016. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 Am Tuesday, from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial in Union Hill Cemetery @ Fisher. Family will receive friends Monday Oct. 3,2016 from 5pm-8pm. 

In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to Alacare Hospice in Memory of James Scott.

Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his wife Mary Elizabeth Blalock Scott.
