Theft of Property – Occurred at 332 Horseshoe Circle SW, a set of wedding rings were taken, valued at $900.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, food items, two tank tops and lotion were taken, valued $43.67

Ashton Elizabeth McElroy, age 22 of Sylvania, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:29 pm

John Jeffery Clanton, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:40 pm

Elizabeth Marie Norman, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 11:40 pm
