A 22 year old Chattooga County man was arrested in Rome this week for allegedly selling a stolen vehicle.
Summerville resident, John Joseph Lambert, stands accused of selling a stolen 1999 Toyota Camry for $400, after signing the name of the owner on the title during the transaction.
Lambert was charged with felony Making False Statements when Registering and Licensing a Motor Vehicle and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property in addition to a misdemeanor count of Theft by Deception.
