Christopher William House, age 20 of Ft Payne, was charged with Bail Jumping 2nd Degree

and

James Floyd Smith, age 46 of Gadsden, was charged with Failure to Appear on prior charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Driving while Revoked.
