Brenda Joyce Bishop, 39 of Piedmont was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, and Resisting Arrest.
Mark Flynt, age 46 from Cedar Bluff, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Bishop was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center shortly before 1:30pm with Flynt being booked in just before 1:30am.
Both remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
