Several Gadsden residents have been arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County.

Thomas DeWayne Hope, age 22 and Misty Lynn Richardson, age 35 were each charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, and with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, Nathan Shane Green, age 26, William Cody Pruitt, 25 and David Arthur Bell, age 35 were each charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center between midnight and 2:00am
