Three people were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County on Sunday.

Christopher D. Steele, age 22 – charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Evidence;

Jervis Preston Rowlls, age 46 – charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession Drug Paraphernalia

Tammy Hensley Aycock, age 45 charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Aycock and Rowlls were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center shortly before 4:00pm and Steele was booked in at around 4:00am.

All three remain behind bars awaiting a bond hearing.
